Welcome
Transformational Medical Technologies Initiative (TMTI) was pioneered by The Department of Defense (DoD) in 2006 to better prepare and protect the warfighter and the nation from emerging, genetically engineered, and unknown biothreat agents. Visit TMTI's main web site to find out more about the initiative, submit proposals, review reports, briefings, factsheets, newsletters, upcoming events, browse related links and more. Important Information about Accessing Our Site
The TMTI Web site, https://tmti.jscbis.apgea.army.mil, is hosted at a secure DoD facility and is available over SSL (secure sockets layer) only. If you are not on a DoD computer, you may receive an SSL certificate warning when visiting our site. To avoid seeing this warning, please follow the instructions below. Click here to download an executable (*.exe) file that will install the certificate for you. Choose "open" from the dialogue that pops up to immediately run the program. If you are unable to download executable files due to network security restrictions, or you have trouble running the executable file, click here for a zip file instead. Save the zip file to your local computer and then open it and run the *.exe file contained within. To verify that your installation was successful, close all browser windows, and then open a new one and browse to the TMTI homepage at https://tmti.jscbis.apgea.army.mil. If you no longer receive a warning about an invalid SSL certificate, then the installation was successful. If you continue to receive warnings about an invalid SSL certificate after the installation, or you are unable to run the executable, please contact us for further assistance. |
